Jack has been a personal trainer for over 14 years, training clients in Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley California. He has help train and motivate hundreds of clients at all fitness levels. From stay at home moms and busy executives to high school, college and pro athletes. Jack started out as a personal trainer and Fitness Manager for a major health club chain. Jack is a certified personal trainer, performance enhancement specialist and corrective exercise specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Jack is also certified with dotFIT - Exercise & Nutrition, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFFA) certified, AFFA advanced personal trainer certified and is a member of the Health and Fitness Provider Network (HFPN). He trains at his private studio, clients homes, or online.
