Gabrielle Minar

Bio

I am turning 50 in 2012 and have gained a significant amount of weight over the past 6 months due to lack of exercise and not watching what I'm eating.

All of my stats are good except one:  BMI.

My goal is to lose 30 pounds over the next 12 weeks and reduce my BMI to an acceptable number.  I plan on doing this through reducing my calorie intake, drinking more water and exercising.

I'm glad that I have the opportunity to be a part of this challenge with other co-workers and friends who have the same goal whether it's staying healthy or getting healthy!

Gabrielle, not much activity on your wall. Logging your food and activities plus recording your weight on weigh in day are all part of the program. Hope to see you back logging soon. I am here if you need anything. Louisville is doing great on the leader board so lets keep this team motivated to log so they can win this challenge. Thanks for your help.

Gabrielle, I am looking for success stories to send up the ladder so to speak. Would you mind sharing your experiences so far either with how you feel about the program, how much weight you have lost, how much better you feel, maybe something you can do now that you could not do say 6 weeks ago. I hope to hear from you. Let me celebrate your success.

Gabrielle, we are looking for success stories. However, there is not much activity on the group walls or blogs so we really do not know how everyone is doing. Please encourage your team to log, blog and share so we can celebrate their success. Thanks
