Dr. Farzanna S. Haffizulla, MD

Dr.Haffizulla has served with admirable leadership in numerous local and national committees during her medical education and in medical practice. She has been recognized and awarded for her exceptional work  in clinical practice by the Florida Health Care Coalition. She continues to foster excellence in her clinical work,medical practice and academic teaching. She has embraced telemedicine and regularly advises a multitude of patients on a daily basis.
