Bio
As a former dual-sport collegiate athlete, fitness and nutrition have always been an integral part of Erin’s life. At the same time Erin is familiar with the struggles of weight loss and finding balance as she went from being 20 lbs overweight to becoming obsessed with weight, exercising up to five hours per day on as little as 1,000 calories. After years of cycling between these two extremes, she found a balance between exercise, nutrition, and joyful eating.
Erin fuses her formal education and experience with knowledge, empathy, and practical everyday life applications to empower people through real food nutrition to reach optimal well-being. She has experience working with people with various needs ranging from weight loss, diabetes, and cancer to athletes, new vegetarians, and pregnant women.
