Erin Kriscunas , NASM Elite Trainer

Bio

Born and raised in San Diego, CA, my parents always had me involved in sports and outdoor activities. I have hiked and travelled all over the United States. I played competitive soccer with the Hotspurs Soccer Club for 4 years. At the age of 4, I started tap and jazz dancing with San Diego Parks and Recreation. From there, my dance journey continued into middle and high school at San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts.  There, I went on to study Ballet and modern as my main focus along with tap, jazz, choreography and a taste of everything else. I performed many live and televised shows throughout my 16 years.

Dancing then continued through college with my focus in Kinesiology and Nutrition. This is also when I started playing my new favorite sport, Volleyball. I am an avid hiker and enjoy playing sports, martial arts, camping, snowboarding, working out, Pilates, and Yoga. My desire to be healthy and help others attain their goals in living a healthier life influenced me in my decision to become a Personal Trainer. This was achieved through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in May of 2010. I am First Aid and CPR certified. I can help with postural corrections, weight loss, weight gain, sports performance, or general fitness goals. My training styles involve cardio circuits, Yoga, Pilates, core strength, balance training, speed, agility and quickness training for sports and resistance training.

With the beautiful weather that we have here in San Diego, personal training services are offered just about anywhere. I have plenty of equipment that I can bring to whatever location you so desire.
