Bio
Dr. Rodney Cowans attended Virginia Commonwealth University and graduated in 1988. From there he matriculated to Virginia Commonwealth Medical School, which he graduated in 1992. Thereafter he attended Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, where he completed an internship in family medicine and began practicing in 1994.
