Glad to be back to work. After being stuck in iced house. Watched my diet and did not gain any weight. Finally had temp above freezing. Went for a run dodging the ice and going to do weights tonite. You have to look at your day and how many calories you are going to burn and get that to help with your...Full Post -

Sitting stuck inside. It is very important to watch your diet when you are not as active. I have spent time playing in the snow with the kids. Will try to figure out some type of aerobic exercise before the day ends. -
