Dr. Smith grew up with a dentist father who influenced him to care for others needs. Upon graduation from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, he joined his father in practice in 1984.
Since graduation, in addition to private practice, he has traveled internationally speaking to other dentists and treating impoverished patients on 4 continents. He set up 7 church dental clinics in Russia.
His focus has been to be knowledgeable in current dental trends and procedures to provide care. He provides the trademarked Nap Dentistry to patients who travel to him from around the country.
