As a practicing urologist, Dr. Matthew Johnson is familiar with the newest treatments available for those who suffer from kidney and urinary tract disorders. Among them, Dr. Johnson offers the leading-edge technology of robotic-assisted prostate surgery.


As one of the most experienced surgeons in the area for this state-of-the-art procedure, he offers his patients an option to traditional surgery that can provide less pain and a faster recovery, along with a greater possibility of preserving quality of life issues after prostate cancer surgery.


Dr. Johnson is always sympathetic to the individual needs and sensitivities of his patients. Knowing how important it is to maintain the health and functioning of these vital organs and systems, he provides compassionate and comprehensive urologic care to both the male and female adult patients that he treats.


Dr. Johnson earned his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago and completed his internship and residency at University of Wisconsin Hospitals in Madison.


He was born and raised in Evanston, Illinois. A current resident of Milwaukee, in his leisure time he enjoys sports activities and music.
