Bio
Dr. Hope Haffizulla graduated medical school with the class of 1999 at the University of the West Indies, Kingston Jamaica. She completed her residency at Carillion Family Practice in Roanoke, Virginia from 2002-2005 and was Chief Resident in 2004-2005. She is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Haffizulla is employed as a family physician at CA HealthNet since 2005, and has been their Chief Medical Officer since 2007.
