Bio
Dr. Woods has 30+ years experience in nursing service and education. She has practiced in medical-surgical nursing, orthopedics, pediatrics, telemetry, and management positions. She has been teaching 20+ years in both associate nursing and BSN programs and is currently developing a master's in nursing program at her institution. She is a member of American Nurses Association, Texas Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International. She has been actively involved in medical missions in Brazil and India.
