Dionne Casthely, D.O., is a member of Baptist Health Medical Group, an organization of more than 100 physicians in multiple specialties closely aligned with Baptist Health South Florida. Dr. Casthely specializes in spine and musculoskeletal rehabilitation and fluoroscopic guided injections. Dr. Casthely received her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, and her doctor of osteopathic medicine from Nova Southeastern University. She completed her internship at Palmetto General Hospital in Miami, Florida, and her residency at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Her research interests include spinal cord injuries and pain management.
