Dr. David Tullis is a family doctor in Heber City, Utah. Dr. Tullis practices family medicine at Intermountain Healthcare's Heber Valley Clinic, serving patients in the Heber and Midway, Utah areas.
Dr. Tullis received his medical degree in Washington D.C. at the George Washington University School of Medicine; he then completed his residency at McKay-Dee Family Medicine in Ogden, Utah. For a few years, Dr. Tullis served as an Emergency Room doctor at the Hopi Health Care Center in Polacca, Ariz. and provided full-spectrum care, including adult and pediatric care, urgent care and obstetrics, as a family doctor at Winslow Indian Health Care Center in Winslow, Ariz.
In addition to treating families at work, Dr. Tullis cares for his family at home. He and his wife have four children, from pre-adolescent age to toddler age. He also enjoys playing the guitar, skiing, mountain biking and woodworking.
