I am David Miller DDS of Roseville, CA. I am a 1980 graduate of the University of Illinois Dental School. We have a comprehensive general practice serving patients from ages 3 to 103; from the young to the young at heart. We practice General Dentistry including Preventive, Implant and Restorative Dentistry, including the most advanced procedures in Cosmetic Dentistry. We offer traditional orthodontics and I am a Premier Provider for Invisalign. In fact, I am the only General Dentist in the Sacramento area to be so honored.
I believe in constantly updating my skills in an ever-changing profession. I am the only Sacramento area to complete the Core Courses of both the L.D. Pankey Institute in Florida and the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), the leading post graduate training institutions in Dentistry. I have earned the Master of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) designation. I have a special interest in Temporomandibular (jaw) Joint problems and in unusual head pain problems called Orofacial Pain. My advanced training and expertise in these fields is recognized by the major professional organizations that have awarded me a Mastership of the International College of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics. I am also a Diplomate of the American Board of Craniofacial Pain, the American Board of Orofacial Pain and the American Academy of Pain Management. I serve as a Board Examiner for the American Board of Craniofacial Pain. I have also earned the designations: Fellow of the Ameri! can Orthodontic Society and Fellow of the International College of Oral Implantology. I am a published author on a variety of dental topics, have lectured at national and international Dental meetings and I teach in the Full Mouth Reconstruction course at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. I am often called upon as an expert witness in malpractice and personal injury lawsuits. I have been an expert in numerous states including California, Nevada, Washington, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, and Colorado.
