Dr. Darcie Gorman, MD

Bio

Dr. Darcie Gorman is a Salt Lake City GI doctor (gastroenterologist). Dr. Gorman provides GI services at Intermountain Healthcare's Avenues Specialty Clinic.

Dr. Gorman earned her medical degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. She completed her Internal Medicine internship and residency at the University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics in Salt Lake City, where she also served as Chief Medical Resident. She then completed her gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Utah. 

Dr. Gorman is board certified in Internal Medicine. Her research interests include the gastrointestinal complications of ablation for atrial fibrillation and Eosinophilic Esophagitis. Dr. Gorman has served at Camp Williams to aid Hurricane Katrina victims, with Nashville CARES to provide support to local patients with AIDS, and as a medical volunteer at Music City Marathon, among many other volunteer opportunities.
