Dr. Alan F. Bain, D.O. is the Medical Director of Chicago Health & Wellness Alliance. Before starting his own private practice, Dr. Bain graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. He went on to receive his D.O. at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Alan F. Bain, D.O. completed his residency of Internal Medicine at University of Illinois at Chicago and completed a rotating Internship at Riverside Osteopathic Hospital in Trenton, Michigan.

    While excercising can be a must, altering your diet to eating less high glycemic carbs, processed foods and junk food will help reduce your belly fat.  You need to eat more lean meats, nuts, fruits and vegetables. I highly recommend the South Beach Diet. More and more people are becoming insulin
