Deedee Fedorchak, CNM is a Murray, Utah nurse midwife. Deedee is board certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board. She practices with the Nurse Midwives at Intermountain Medical Center, serving women from across Salt Lake City, Utah.
After completing a bachelor's degree in nursing, Deedee earned a nursing master's degree from the University of Minnesota. She is a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives.
