Chris Thomae is a certified personal trainer who has been making an impact in people’s lives since 2001. Chris first became passionate about exercise and started his fitness career through his service in the United States Marine Corps. While at boot camp, he lost nearly 50 pounds in 14 weeks and decided to change his lifestyle. Chris is a Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He believes in using a comprehensive approach to designing exercise programs that match the needs of his clients in order to decrease movement compensations and increase functional performance. In addition to working as an HFPN Coach, Chris manages a team of trainers as the Head Trainer & Fitness Manager of Boost Fitness in Westford, MA. He also accepts in-home and virtual fitness coaching sessions by appointment only in the greater Boston, MA area.
Aside from following his own medicine, Chris enjoys out door, recreational activities to stay fit.
