Bio

I am Coach Chip Werner and I am the proud founder of Starting Line Health & Fitness, a launching platform for those who wish to achieve something greater from health and wellness.

I am a competitive runner with nearly 30-years experience who has traveled the globe completing races, but my true passion is sharing my love of fitness with others. I have been blessed to work with everyday people wishing to transform their lives, professional athletes and weekend warriors who want to beat their buddies. Everyone of them shared a common goal, they wanted to achieve personal success. I’ve learned that everyone has goal and it's my job to get you there!

Successful personal training is more than a client struggling through a grueling training session while someone counts your reps completed. A quality trainer is builds goal-oriented programs and anticipates road blocks. Anyone can design a training program to exhaust the body...my programs are designed to push you to your limits during the session and allow you to recover as quickly as possible. My clients are busy people with active lifestyles, people who can't afford to have their day impacted by extreme fatigue following a workout. Your workout should compliment your life rather than control it.
