Bio

I am a veteran of the US Army.  I was always active and into sports and fitness.  Track and field is my sport of choice.  I became a personal trainer because I love fitness and helping others reach their fitness goals gives me a sense of achievement.  While I was in the Army I was chosen to be over the fitness program for those soldiers that were not meeting the Army fitness standards.  I was directly responsible for helping those soldiers exceed the standard.  What a great feeling that was!

I look forward to working with and learning from all of you.
