Bio

Casey Smith is in his 7th season as head athletic trainer of the Dallas Mavericks. He was the assistant athletic trainer for the Phoenix Suns for 3 years, and the head strength and conditioning coach for 1 year. Casey serves as the chairman-elect of the executive board of the NBATA as well as sits on the Performance Advisory Board of NASM and the Board of Advisors for Men’s Fitness magazine. Casey is currently serving as athletic trainer to the United States Men's Senior National Basketball Team and has served in this capacity since 2005 and will continue through the 2012 London Olympics.
