I am a Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor and have taught many classes over the past 12 years including sport-specific classes in skiing, running, spin/cycle as well as weight training and weight loss. I am also a certified PSIA-Nordic Ski Instructor and teach cross-country skiing during the winter.
My background consists of working with Physical Therapists to train athletes and clients dealing with sport injuries, recovery and prevention.
