Bio

I signed a minor league contract in 1995 with the New York Yankees organization. 14 season later in 2008, I retired. Along my career I played in Tiawan, Japan and also signed a minor league contract with the Houston Astros. In 2005 while playing in Japan I suffered what turned out to be a career ending shoulder injury. Dec. 2008 I started my own training business, Results Training. My focus was training young athletes in all sports as well as woman. I got my certification in personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and also started working at an all womans gym. I love to motivate, I've taken my back ground in athletics to help motivate anyone who wants to improve there physical health. I'm here to help all of you in some way

    Is diet or exercise more important for weight loss?
