As a personal trainer I know how science relates to health and fitness. As a human being I know how difficult it can be to get your head to do what your body needs. I struggled with obesity for years after my son was born and depression and anxiety were big contributors to my lack of success. I found that regular exercise and healthy eating were paramount in my "recovery" and now are a priority in my life.
I'm no good to my family if I'm not operating at 100% and I love helping others achieve their "best self". It's a lifestyle, not a quick fix and there's not reason the journey can't be fun and exciting along the way.
