Candace Rouse is the OB APN for Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. As such, she provides clinical support as an AWHONN FHM Instructor along with regular strip reviews for the staff. She furnishes system support as the lead for the institution wide Family Centered Care initiative, and was the clinical lead for the development and recent implementation of Cerner Powerchart Maternity and Fetalink. Rouse oversees the Sinai team in the MD Perinatal Collaborative projects and presents at the state and nationwide level on patient safety, computerized documentation and fetal monitoring.
