These diets come and go for a reason because they do not lead to long term changes. Temporary changes lead to temporary results! Every time a new diet comes out, we try it and then wait for the next one. Eat less and move more and you will lose weight!
Hi Gwen, thanks for reaching out to me. You can do squats using the water as resistance, hang on the edge of the pool and kick as fast as you for 20 seconds, do it 3 times. You can run in place for 20 seconds, do it 3x. You can use the noodles and slap the water with them for 20 seconds, do it 3x as well. Let me know how those go and then we can progress you. What are some good exercises that I can do in a relatively shallow (max 4.2 feet deep) pool? I have webbed swim gloves, access to noodles and a swim/kick board. I'm looking to lose fat and build muscle and just swimming laps is getting old
