Bio

Aloha! Welcome and thank you for taking time out of your day to read Ben's biography. The details of his life are evidence of what grounds his life. He is a husband, father, man of faith, follower, leader, manager, supervisor, military professional, fitness expert, and world-wide traveler.

In a moment's notice during the mid-1970's, his life to share with the world was born.  While growing up in Tennessee, health, diet, fitness, and exercise was not inforced or taught. During his youth he fell in love with sports, such as baseball, tennis, volleyball, and football where he competitively competed in baseball and tennis.  While economics tied his hands, he joined the United States Navy during the mid-1990's. Despite a subsequent break in service, he re-joing the Navy and continues to serve in several capacities, such as Command Fitness Leader.  He has authored two command level exercise science, fitness, health, and wellness newsletters while improving command fitness programs, management, and impowering military personnel to live a healthier lifestyle. 

He holds a Masters of Science in Exercise Science and Wellness, and various national certifications, such as the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Certified Personal Fitness, National Association Speed and Explosion (NASE) Certified, and U.S. Navy Command Fitness Leaders certifications.

He understands fitness, health, and wellness and would like to not only share his knowledge but help everyone achieve their personal fitness and weight goals.
