Bio

Over the last five years I have consistently packed on the pounds to an alarming 60  pound weight gain. I am concerned about my health as I now weigh 187 lbs. I have started exercising and nutrition planning but have been unsuccessful at continuing the momentum because of lack of motivation and support. I am hoping to make a gradual lifestyle change with many of you, are you all in?
