I am motivated by my success and have becomes a certified personal trainer. I want to use my training and experience to develop customized programs to help others gain fitness and lead healthier lives!
I have been active athletically practically my entire life and I am in my 60s. I played soccer and ran track in high school and ran varsity track all through college. I kept running and playing tennis and squash until my knee cartilage was completely gone in my left knee. That was about ten years ago. I struggled to find exercises I enjoyed that would not further damage my knees. Bicycles and stationary cycles worked but I found it hard to maintain any regular schedule. Over 4 years ago I started functional training with a personal trainer. This has been a remarkable experience. I still have a bad knee but I have increased my overall conditioning, strength and fitness. The key component to my success is the personalized program my trainer developed for me.
