Challenge 4: This Thanksgiving week is to eat slower and put your fork down every second or third bite of food (Try this for one week). Tip1: Only taking a tablespoon (or less) of all the sides. This way you can taste test them. Don’t like it, don’t eat it. Tip2: This is a good time to be a picky eater. I notice when I have limited calories to eat, I get picky about what I fill them with. Only fill your plate with what you really want to eat. Got any more tips post them on my wall! We are worth more than the food we eat, take care of yourself so you can help those your love. Monday Challenge 3 Get two days of 8 hours of sleep in this week. Remember you you have to go to bed when the chickens do, lol. All those that post on my wall they got their sleep are AWESOME! I will check in. I still do not have a full time computer. Mine died Missing you!
