I also enjoy teaching how mindful eating can be applied to weight management. I have seen in my own personal life how effective mindful eating can be. I have maintained a 40-pound weight loss using mindful eating principles, and I now use these techniques with all my weight loss clients.

I live in Marysville, Ohio (near Columbus) with my husband and 4 year old son. I enjoy running (I just recently completed my second half-marathon), yoga, and reading.
