  • New spin on an old favorite

Hi all. I tried a new twist with an old favorite today. My mom gave me a recipe years ago for pasta pizza. It's like mock lasagne. Really simple to make. Macaroni, tomato sauce, ground turkey, cheese. Well, today, I discovered I didn't have any ground turkey, so I decided to make it meatless.

  • Slow and Steady

Another check up yesterday on the burn. It's slowly improving. Just have to watch it, keep it clean, dress it, etc. Waiting game right now. It doesn't ache as much as it did, so that's progress. I'm hitting the gym today for the first time since I got the burn. I've been walking and exercising
