Bio

I have been actively involved in athletics/education and coaching throughout my professional career.  After his college athletic career he began teaching and coaching primarily at the high school level.  I have been blessed with the opportunity to coach multiple championship teams in both swimming and girls fastpitch in Georgia.  For the past 10 years, I have worked in Special Education.  My experience in Special Education has given me the ability to train and motivate individuals with varying athletic abilities.  Aaron is an ASCA (American Swim Coaches) certified level III coach, a Life Member of USA Swim, NASM CPT and HFPN Fitness Expert.

    Can weight lifting be considered cardio training?
