YAY Angie!!! Keep up your hard work My leg is finally better but I have been really going easy on it for a month now... This pic is old... I need to put a new one up. I am about 10 pounds heavier than this pic but I fit in the same clothes.... Go figure!
Hey Kim, you look great!! how is your leg? From my part I had been working hard and had been on schedule with my activities and meals. Just had not lost much weight lately but the inches are coming off. My trainer said that I had lost 5" on my waist not to worry about it because I'm building muscles and they will take care of my fat. So I'm HAPPY!!! I was so nice to see your message!. Take care
Hey Angie, I am sorry I haven't checked in with you in a while. Had a family medical emergency & have not had access to SC while we've been helping out. I see you've lost some inches, that's great. Sometimes the tape measure can show some great progress that the scales can't show. Keep up the hard work & healthy eating habits. Have you increased your water consumption? Added water helps to cleanse your system & improves weight loss. I believe we should drink 64 oz + 8 oz for every 25 lbs we are over our ideal weight. Keep up the hard work & healthy food choices.
