Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Ingredients
- 10 button or crimini mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
- Balsamic vinegar
- 2 ounces feta cheese with herbs
Preparation (Makes 6 to 8 servings)
Preheat broiler.
Sprinkle each mushroom cap with about 1/4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar and a bit of feta cheese. Broil for 20 minutes until vinegar has reduced and cheese is melted and a bit brown.
