Salmon Scampi over Whole Wheat Pasta
“By the time my family gets home from our busy schedules, it's pretty late, and I've got to be able to get dinner on the table in less than half an hour. This recipe is simple and enables me to do just that.”
- 1 box whole wheat pasta
- 2 cans wild Alaskan salmon
- 1 cup diced grape tomatoes
- 1 cup store bought scampi sauce
Preparation (Makes 6 to 8 servings)
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Sauté with salmon, tomatoes and scampi sauce.
