Thank you for being an expert contributor on Sharecare. Your involvement has been instrumental in providing credible, informative content to people seeking health information they can trust across the web.

From the time we first launched the site, we have doubled the number of prestigious contributing experts and now offer consumers and patients close to 150,000 expert answers to their questions about their health and wellness.

Since launch, we have noticed a number of our experts leveraging the Q&A content they have created on Sharecare to expand their reach and awareness to consumers, physicians and thought leaders via social media. The expert answers on Sharecare provide them with easy and topical posts/tweets ultimately increasing their overall digital engagement.

Whether you're on Facebook, Twitter or have your own blog or most likely all of them, here are some fast and easy ways to spread your expert advice on Sharecare to your friends and followers. Your engagement on these other social channels will help build more interaction with Sharecare and ultimately help consumers and patients seeking trustworthy health information as well as leverage the content you have taken the time to create.

If you're on Facebook:

• Post often a question and link to your answer on your Facebook wall

• Post a link regularly to your profile page on our Facebook wall

• Add a link to your profile page in contact information on your Facebook page

• 'Like' our Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/SharecareNow

How to engage on Twitter:

• Tweet a question and a link to your answer

• Add the Sharecare link to your profile on Twitter

• Follow Sharecare and we will follow you

Reach your colleagues on LinkedIn:

• Add a link to your profile page in the Websites section (choose 'other' and enter 'Sharecare Profile' as the name with your profile page URL)

• Share a link to one of your Sharecare

• Share a link to your Sharecare profile page

If you have a blog:

• Augment your blog with related info on Sharecare

• Add your profile page or answers module as a favicon

• Add a link to your profile page and answers module with your name as the link text

Other Social sites:

• Add a link to you or your institution's profile on Sharecare

• Add a link to your signature

Add a Sharecare badge to your other social media brands, e.g., FB, blogs, websites, etc.

Appropriately sized.png files are attached in our kit or may be coded in with the code snippets below. Either way, use the badge to link to your profile page on Sharecare.

Share via Flicker/Slide Share accounts:

• Create accounts/profile pages with Link to Sharecare (include patient cases, questions with photos/slides as part of the answers)

Do you Yelp?

• For those who have a Yelp page, add the Sharecare logo to the photo-stream that lives on the page

Getting active on HealthGrades:

• For those who have profiles on HealthGrades, add status as Sharecare expert with link back to your profile page on Sharecare

Media Relations activities:

• Include your Expert status with link to your profile on Sharecare in any press releases you or your institution distribute

• Update your bio/boilerplate used in speaking engagements, grand rounds, teaching to include your status as a Sharecare expert with a link back to Sharecare
