    Stacy Wiegman answered:

Zileuton extended-release tablets can interact with caffeine and result in the side effects of excessive caffeine, like nausea and palpitations. Drugs that interact with zileuton include: alosetron, aminophylline, astemizole, blood thinners, cisapride, cyclosporine, pimozide, propranolol, terfenadine and theophylline. Azole antifungals, calcium channel blockers and beta-blockers may also negatively interact. Be sure to tell your doctor about all medications and supplements you're taking before starting on this drug.
