Researcher have shown that regular exercise can increase self-esteem, increased feelings of enjoyment, decrease physiological and psychological stress, increase feelings of self-confidence, elevate mood and decrease levels of anxiety and depression. Exercise adds longevity to life by staving off disease, strengthening your body and promoting better psychological health; all leading to a longer life.
