Tailgating and sports events are a danger zone for unhealthy eating because:
    • You want to take part with friends in an activity that is centered around eating, but the food options are mostly limited to unhealthful choices.
    • You are bored by the sports event you're watching and turn to food to pass the time.
    • You like to celebrate a point or victory for your team by eating.
    • You want to soothe your sorrow over a bad call or a loss with food.
