In this age of information overload, we face the daily challenge of filtering out material that insults our intelligence, exploits our emotions, depletes our creativity, and leaves us feeling as though we had just stuffed our brains with junk food. You alone are the gatekeeper for your mind. Choose reading that challenges you, inspires you, nourishes you. Only you know what kind of reading that is.
