    You shouldn't take Remicade (infliximab) if you know you're allergic to Remicade (infliximab) or any of its ingredients. If you are prone to infections, talk to your doctor about the risks before starting Remicade which suppresses the immune system. You should not take Remicade (infliximab) if you have heart failure.
