    If you suffer from severe palmar sweating or facial blushing that has not responded to other treatments, you should consider endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy (ETS). Severe axillary (arm pit) sweating can also be cured with ETS, although this form of hyperhidrosis can also be treated with Botox.
