Another great resource is the Heart and Stroke Foundation's website at www.heartandstroke.com. They have a comprehensive online bank of helpful heart tips including 'Healthy Kids' pages, yummy heart-smart recipes (this week: "A Healthy Twist to Mac & Cheese", for example), eTools, free newsletters, and even a multi-cultural section with heart health information published in several languages.

And for information that's specific to women and heart disease - our #1 killer - check out both "The Heart Truth" at www.thehearttruth.ca or "WomenHeart: The National Coalition of Women With Heart Disease" at www.womenheart.org.
