Carolyn Z Thomas of Heart Sisters answered:Another great resource is the Heart and Stroke Foundation's website at www.heartandstroke.com. They have a comprehensive online bank of helpful heart tips including 'Healthy Kids' pages, yummy heart-smart recipes (this week: "A Healthy Twist to Mac & Cheese", for example), eTools, free newsletters, and even a multi-cultural section with heart health information published in several languages.
