Second, do not try to avoid exercise if you have:
- chest discomfort, pressure, squeezing, fullness, or pain (discomfort lasts for more than a few minutes or goes away and comes back)
- discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw, or stomach
- shortness of breath
- nausea and vomiting
- breaking out in a cold sweat
- lightheadedness
