Call your knee replacement surgeon if:
- You have increasing redness, swelling, warmth, or tenderness of your knee.
- Fluid is draining from your incision.
- You have a persistent fever greater than 100.5 degrees F.
- You missed one or more doses of your Coumadin. (If someone other than your surgeon is managing your Coumadin, call that person.)
- Go to the emergency room if you have chest pain, uncontrolled coughing, or shortness of breath.
