Blueberry Cheese “Danish”
Ingredients
1 tsp unsalted butter, softened
3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup fresh blueberries, mashed (can use frozen berries)
1 piece lavash (flax, oat bran, whole wheat)
Directions- Preheat oven or toaster oven to 325°F. Wrap lavash in foil. Place on center oven rack for 10 minutes.
- Remove from foil.
- On warmed lavash, spread, butter, cream cheese, and top with mashed blueberries.
- Slice in half, and roll into two portions. Secure with toothpicks.
- Replace on foil, heat 5 minutes in oven.
