Bacon and Pineapple Appetizers Ingredients
12 pieces raw bacon slices, cut in half crosswise
12 canned water chestnuts, drained, sliced in half
1 cup canned pineapple chunks in water, drained, sliced in half, equal to 24 half-chunks
4 tsp low sodium soy sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Wrap bacon slice around pineapple chunk half and water chestnut half. Secure with wooden toothpick.
- Place appetizers in shallow baking dish.
- Bake 15 minutes. Brush with soy sauce and bake additional 5 to 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
