The signs and symptoms of neuroblastoma depend on where the cancer is at in your body. If the cancer is in your stomach area, you will probably have stomach pain, fullness, lumps and growths, incontinence, and leg swelling. If the cancer is in the chest, you may experience troubled breathing, facial swelling, and eye deformities. Besides these symptoms, neuroblastoma can also cause bodily pain, weight loss, high temperature, changes to your eyes, and localized growths and lumps.
