    Hallmark symptoms include exhaustion, widespread achiness, brain fog, and insomnia. It is the insomnia that suggests that CFS and fibromyalgia are present as opposed to the causes of fatigue and pain. Of course there are numerous other symptoms as well including an average 32 pound weight gain, 73% have loss of libido, numbness and tingling in the fingers, bowel problems, dry eyes and mouth, and the list goes on and on.
